About the project
Astratex.cz is the largest lingerie and swimwear retailer in Central Europe with sales of over CZK 1 billion. Before deploying Zoe.ai, Astratex used a proprietary recommendation system based on business rules requiring manual intervention.
Main challenges
The goal of Zoe.ai was to personalize the product offering as much as possible and target it to the specific individual preferences of each user. In doing so, great emphasis was placed on the speed of loading recommendations.
Solution
The results of the A/B test showed a fundamentally positive effect of Zoe.ai on increasing engagement and sales. Zoe.ai desktops have been shown to significantly increase customer interactions and purchase revenue over the long term. We replaced a rigid manual recommendation system with a flexible and modern tool without the need for backend intervention in the e-commerce store, and improved the customer experience. Building on the good results, we are currently implementing Zoe Deep Search and Zoe Copilot for even more comprehensive personalization across the site.
