About the project
Elnino.cz is the largest purely Czech online retailer of perfumes and cosmetics with sales of over 2 billion CZK.
Before implementing Zoe.ai, Elnino used a proprietary recommendation system based on complex business rules that required constant maintenance.
Main challenges
The goal of Zoe.ai was to personalize the offered products as much as possible and target them to the specific individual preferences of each user. Great emphasis was placed on fast deployment and loading of recommendation areas, as well as pixel-perfect design.
Solution
The results of using Zoe Deep Recommendation have shown a fundamentally positive impact on increasing engagement and sales. For example, we are achieving net upsells of up to 500,000. CZK per month. At the same time, the Zoe.ai areas show long-term and demonstrably significantly higher customer interactions cart adds.
Following the excellent results, Zoe Deep Recommendations was also implemented on Elnino's foreign e-shop locations - specifically Poland, Germany and Switzerland.
