About the project
Heureka boasts the position of the largest online product comparator in Central Europe. With a daily traffic of over 5 million users and more than 30 million products on offer, it is a large and dynamic platform that serves as a central destination for online shopping.
Main challenges
The aim of the collaboration was to provide Heureka users with the most precisely targeted products matching their individual preferences in each category.
Alongside this, there was a strong focus on optimising the performance of the website and creating a robust infrastructure to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for every user.
Solution
To optimize the user experience, a strategy was chosen to focus on the most visited part of the platform - the ordering of products in a specific category.
Products are sorted in categories not only according to the user's transaction history, but more importantly according to the real-time data provided about how the current visit is going. Thus, the results of the sorting in each category can change dynamically according to the current visit.
Zoe.ai increased revenue by up to 15% thanks to personalization
By deploying and testing Zoe.ai, we've proven that personalized recommendations and a detailed understanding of our users' specific interests are the right way to improve engagement and ultimate conversion. In an A/B test, the group of users who were offered products through Zoe.ai saw a 5% to 15% increase in sales in each category.
