Looking back to 2024: Zoe.ai's dynamic development and expansion plans

For us, 2024 was a year of rapid growth and innovation. The number of customers increased fivefold year-on-year. Our solutions are no longer used only by Czech e-shops, but also by online shops in Germany, Poland and Switzerland. This dynamic development will allow us to further expand into foreign markets.

How did it all start?

Zoe.ai was founded in 2019 with a vision to connect artificial intelligence with business and make it easier for companies to make decisions with advanced data analytics. Our first commercial solution was focused on online lenders, where we were able to detect fraudulent behaviour when filling out applications using machine learning.

A major shift came in 2021, when we started personalized product recommendations based on behavioral data for Heureka, the largest Czech e-commerce comparison engine. It was here that we fully discovered the potential of AI in online sales, and since then we've focused on helping e-shops recommend products in real time.

Rapid growth and international expansion

Today, we have five times more customers than last year, and as a result, we've seen a fourfold increase in sales. Our solutions are no longer used only by Czech e-shops, but also by online shops in Germany, Poland and Switzerland. In 2025, we are planning further expansion, especially in Benelux and Scandinavia.

We are focusing on our key products Deep Recommendations and Deep Search, which offer personalized search with advanced whispering and semantic content recognition. These technologies help e-tailers maximize sales and improve user experience.

Visual search and other innovations

One of the latest innovations we have introduced is visual search technology. Customers can now search for products based on image similarity, which is another step towards a more intuitive shopping and personalized experience.

In 2025, we will continue to focus on improving our AI models and expanding our product portfolio. Our vision is to continue to push the boundaries of personalization in e-commerce and help businesses grow through data and AI.
